What you can raise here

• Content on the platform that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights
• Misuse of your personal data, or a request about your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Billing disputes that support has not resolved
• Conduct of another user on the platform
• Anything else where you believe we have not met our obligations

What happens, and by when

• We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receiving it.
• We resolve it within 15 days of receipt and tell you the outcome in writing.
• Where the complaint concerns content that exposes a person in an intimate or impersonated form, we act within 24 hours of a valid request.
• If we need more information from you, the clock is paused only for the time we are waiting, and we say so when we ask.

Please include your account email, what happened, when, and any screenshots or reference numbers. A complaint with that detail gets resolved far faster than one without.

You may approach the consumer forum with jurisdiction over your location, or the relevant authority under the applicable law. Nothing on this page limits any right you have in law.
