2. Use of Services

BidBegin provides a multi-module bidding platform for scrap, shipping, and transport procurement. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are billed as agreed in your service plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in your agreement with BidBegin.

5. Intellectual Property

The BidBegin platform, including all software, design, and content, is owned by BidBegin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BidBegin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
