BidBegin is a platform on which buyers run procurement events and suppliers submit bids. We provide the software. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a supplier, we do not buy or sell the goods and services traded on it, and we do not guarantee that any auction will produce a particular price or any result at all.
Rankings, savings figures, cost estimates and analytics in the platform are produced from the data entered into it. They are aids to a decision, not the decision. Award, rejection and contracting decisions are made by the buyer, and the accuracy of what is entered is the responsibility of whoever entered it.
Material on this website and in the platform — including anything about GST, invoicing, tax or contracts — is general information. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Check anything that matters with a qualified professional before relying on it. Tax law in particular changes, and our software follows our understanding of it, not a guarantee of it.
