BidBegin is software delivered over the internet. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no couriers, tracking numbers or delivery charges. This page exists because payment providers ask for it, and because you are entitled to know when you get what you paid for.
Account access is activated immediately once payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes. Your login details and the account link go to the email address on the order.
If payment succeeds but access has not appeared within 24 hours, write to hello@bidbegin.com or call +91 78386 46362 and we will sort it out. Do not pay a second time.
Where an order includes onboarding, data migration or training, we contact you within 2 working days of payment to agree a schedule. The timeline then depends on the scope agreed and on how quickly the data we need reaches us.
The platform is intended to be available around the clock. Planned maintenance is announced in advance inside the application and is scheduled outside Indian business hours wherever we can.
The platform is available anywhere with an internet connection. Invoicing, GST treatment and support hours are based on India.
